Wilson has more than 20 years of experience in rural development. He is passionate about people-centered, locally-managed and transformative approaches to addressing issues of rural people. He is currently leading an international development organization in Myanmar since 2014. His development interests are rural development, ecology, community resilience, political empowerment and democratization.
